WE ARE WHAT WE DO is printed on the inside of a bag i have. i have used this bag for a long time, but just recently noticed this line.

i have been thinking about it a lot lately.

i have made my list. if i am what i do, i want to do good.

my list is pretty long, here is a taste:

* listen
*be on time
*send cards to friends and family
*take baths
*listen to my instincts
